Every layer in the layers menu has its own “layer” in Timeline menu.
I will start with Background layer (Layer 1). So click on this Layer 1 in Timeline menu and click on the little triangle to expand more options ( i.e. Position, Opacity, Style). Click on the Position option from expanded options. Then move the video slider to your start point and click on the white “diamond” – this will add start point of your video.
After that move slider to end point – in my case to the end of timeline and again click on the white diamond - this will add end point.
After these steps click with right mouse button on the Layer 1 on Timeline and Motion menu will appear. Choose Pan and Zoom and set it:
Zoom option set to Zoom Out and change Pan direction to -60.
Do exactly same steps with Layer 2 only settings will be different:
Zoom set to Zoom In and Pan direction to -143.
And you are done. The last final step is just to produce your video so go to File – Export – Render Video.
