I have found out that many people are looking for free lens flares on the web so I have decided that I will create tutorial which will help you to create your own lens flare. I have also prepared a few free lens flares which you can download.

In my tutorial I am showing only one type of lens flare with one color but you can use you imagination to create different multicolored lens flares, the principle is the same.
How to use these Lens flares
All my lens flares are .jpg pictures with black background. This black background will disappear when you will set layer mode from Normal to Screen as is shown on screenshot below:
