Now go down in layers menu. We will use the colored background. Duplicate this layer a few times. Delete layer mask and add new one (black). Move this layer up – somewhere between pieces with shadows. Click on black layer mask and select one from splatter brushes with set white color. Then paint on the layer mask. The result will be something like on pictures below:

The last thing I will do is that I will add some digital makeup around the eye. Find the eye layer and create new layer above this eye layer. Select Brush tool and paint above the eye. Then change layer style to overlay and decrease opacity.
