26. On the same layer mask use marked Brush with settings: Checked – Shape Dynamics and Scattering. You can use settings like I have used on images below:
and
Paint it with Brush with black color on layer mask with white color. So the bottom part of tree (marked with red) will disappear and grass will come out. Result:
