30. Create new layer above the tree layer, right click on the new layer and use it as Clipping mask. Then paint the bottom of tree with green.
31. Change layer mode from normal to color and decrease opacity
And you are almost done. If you want you can darker the edges with Burn tool so the final image will looks like this:
