9. Open image with old house which you will use and duplicate layer. Place it to our picture with Move tool (V) then resize it.
10. Add layer mask to layer with house then choose brush with black color and delete area under house.
11. Use Magic wand tool and click on the sky above the house, then fill selected area with black color to delete sky above the house. If you are done, merge layers again.
