12. Go to Filter – Distort – Polar coordinates and choose option Rectangular to polar
13. The result will be something like this. But we need to resize canvas again. So go to Image – Canvas size. Again pin picture but now use the bottom arrow.
14. Now we need to stretch this picture. So choose marquee tool and then right click on the image and select Free transform. Then pull up picture.
