This tutorial will help you If you want to edit regular photo and transfer it to photo with Fisheye lens effect using Photoshop without using any expensive camera lenses.

I will use two methods for this effect. First one is to use Liquify tool and the second one is to use Transform – Warp tool. Just pick one which suits you more.
