In my videotutorial I am presenting you using Liquify tool on model with clear, one color background. But please avoid of something like you can see on this funny picture

Look at the lines on the wall, they are not straight after editing so it looks very unprofessional. If you need to edit picture with some type of background I advise you two ways:
1. Select(with selecting tools) object which you will edit with liquify tool, when you have object selected press control+j so you will get new layer which you can edit without affecting the background. Create new background or edit original background so you will fill area which you will get behind the object after its editing.
2. Use Freeze Mask tool - Select the Freeze Mask tool
and drag over the area you want to protect.
